Making Our City Safer Survey 2

The second Our Safer City survey has been launched. As with the first survey in 2023, we want to find out how safe women feel in the City of London. Additionally, this time, we would like your views on the Our Safer City initiatives we have put in place.

Many women visit the City of London every day. However, evidence suggests there are some areas and times of the day when women feel vulnerable. As the City of London Crime Prevention Association working in partnership with multiple other agencies, we want everyone to feel safer. We need to hear from you about how to do that. This survey is an opportunity for everyone and especially women who live, work, socialise and visit the City of London to give us your views about your safety and what you’d like to see implemented to make you feel safer.

Since the last survey, we have put in place several initiatives to create a safer public environment for women. These include Taxi Marshalling, Safer Havens and analysis of the hotspot areas and more. We want your feedback on how these initiatives have helped and what else could be implemented.
We are committed to supporting the outcomes of this survey and tackling the issue of violence against women and girls. Thank you for answering the survey, helping us take further steps towards making the City safer for everyone.
